Deodorant

Tired of putting crazy chemicals that you cannot even pronounce on your body? Here’s an alternative! All natural… technically edible… deodorant!!!

2 tbls bentonite clay

2 tbls water

1 tbls baking soda

1 tbls coconut oil

essential oils of choice :

  • 10 drops eucalyptus, 20 drops lemongrass
  • 30 drops lavender
  • 15 drops frankincense, 8 drops rose, 7 drops lavender

It’s a super duper simple recipe! In a small bowl, activate the bentonite clay by adding two tablespoons of water and mix until smooth. Next you’re going to add the tablespoon of baking soda… MIX! Then coconut oil… MIX! It should be a really nice whipped consistency. Finally, add essential oils of your preference, mine is frankincense, lavender, and rose. I suggest to use at least one essential oil with antibacterial properties such as tea tree, lavender, or eucalyptus.

To apply put no more than a pea sized amount on your finger and rub in on your armpit.
