Charcoal Toothscrub (or Paste)

I’ve heard time and time again that my gifts of toothpaste brightened folk’s smiles. Here’s my gift to you! The recipe to go about making your whole day brighter and your sink black as all get out.

Tooth Scrub

3/4 cups baking soda

3/4 cup calcium bicarbonate

1/4 cup activated charcoal

2 tsp sea salt

1 tsp dried ground turmeric

2 tsp colloidial silver (optional)

1 tsp neem oil (optional)

40 drops peppermint essential oil

Sift together baking soda, calcium bicarbonate, activated charcoal, sea salt, and turmeric. If you’re leaving out the colloidal silver and the neem oil, you’re pretty much done just combine the ingredients until it’s an even dark grey. We’re still going to use the peppermint oil, add those 40 drops and you’re going to notice you’ve got little clumps in your dry mix… SIFT AGAIN!!!! Smash all of the clumps through the sifter and stir your mix again until its smooth and it’s lit! You’re done! If you’re adding the colloidal silver and neem, you’re going to add them at the same time you add the peppermint oil.

If you would prefer toothpaste add 1/4 of coconut oil and a tablespoon of coconut flour then mix into a paste like consistency, adding coconut oil a tablespoon at a time to avoid adding too much.
